This our new 18' Angler
Center Console Fishing boat, all set up for
fishing the flats on Lemon Bay, Boca Grande,
and Charlotte Harbor!

Island Attitude Realty
wants to make our owners and tenants feel at
home. Offering fishing and sightseeing trips at
NO CHARGE, is just another way of saying
thanks to all who do business with us!

January: Pompano can be
caught walking along the
beaches and passes, catch
one and stick around, more
should follow. Winter can
offer extreme low tides
which provide excellent
opportunities for scouting
out fish in many locations
on Lemon Bay

February: Sheepshead
and February go hand in
hand. This is prime season
for these famous nibblers,
try setting the hook on the
first notice of strike to
avoid having your bait
stolen. Fishing near bridges
& markers are just a few
of their feeding grounds.

March: Redfish will
begin their spring time
schooling session. You must
sneak up onto them, either
by drifting, poling up to
their feeding grounds. The
angler with stealth with
get them every time!

April: Is Tripletail Time!
Catching them is part
hunting, part fishing, and
like Real Estate... location,
location, location! Look
around markers. Sharks
also make them selfs know
in April.

May: Spotted Sea
Trout are fun and frisky
fish to catch. They can
be caught in a variety of
ways, top-water live bait
& on fly... and great to
eat!

June: Tarpon....
"THE SILVER KING"
summer months in our area
provide some of the best
tarpon fishing. Went on the
line, you MUST Bow to the
king when a tarpon is going
to jump to be sure to point
the rod tip at the fish to
slack line and allow for the
BOCA GRANDE LEAP!!!

July: Cobia are located
on our local beaches,
offshore reefs and around
almost every marker.
They are great fighters
and taste great grilled!

August: Permit are some
of the best fighting fish
pound for pound, using their
tall bodies to fight against
the current and the
fisherman.

September:
Time to Play Snooky...
An angler needs skill and
large bait to catch a slot
size keeper! These fish
are some of the best
Florida has to offer.
Season for these prize
winners open September 1.

October: Kingfish can
be up to 60 lbs and can run
up to 50 MHP. You can
really get "your fish on"
with these!

November:
Snapper... Any where
from inshore to 30 miles
offshore, these great
eating boys can be found.
Tide and moon will
contribute more to
fishing results that your
skills!

December:
GROUPER...with big fish
the first 10ft is key. You
MUST get them off the
bottom and then it's fish
on!
