Our primary focus is on Manasota Key Vacation Rental properties. Many are condos, however we also
have private homes.

MANASOTA KEY..........
Manasota Key is located on the west coast of Florida, south of Sarasota and north of Fort Myers Beach.
Manasota Key is a barrier island off the coast of Englewood, Florida where we have no high-rise buildings
& traffic lights, just a two-lane road and great beaches. There are homes, both private and for rent &
multi-family condos. You get a real feel of what older Florida was like and why Manasota key is a hidden
gem.

Our Real Estate Division, headed up by Peter and Penny Haseloff, has a very strong foot print in the
real estate market on Manasota Key, Englewood, Rotonda & Cape Haze. Peter and Penny offer the most

HOME WATCH SERVICE........
Twice-monthly security service. Overseen by Donna Demarest insures you will have professional care of
your home while you are away *. You can pick the level of service you wish to have. We go to your unit,
check it and keep a record of its condition while it is closed up and not in use. No need to pay for this
service while tenants are in the unit!

AIRPORT PICKUP SERVICE......
We offer airport pick up or delivery service to and from Tampa, Sarasota or Fort Myers.

ADVANCED GROCERY & SET UP......
We open your unit up 24 hours in advance of your arrival, turn down the air conditioning, start up the ice
maker, set out your patio chairs, just to name a few. We offer to get starter groceries for you (you fax
or e-mail a list to us) and have them in your refrigerator waiting for you along with that COLD BEER or
MARGARITA upon your arrival.

Our courteous, friendly Island Attitude comes through in everything we do. Our office has a tropical
island feel, where coffee is always on for both owners and tenants to come in to visit or just say hi.
