We offer airport pick up or delivery service to and from Tampa, Sarasota or Fort Myers.
ADVANCED GROCERY & SET UP......
We open your unit up 24 hours in advance of your arrival, turn down the air conditioning, start up the ice
maker, set out your patio chairs, just to name a few. We offer to get starter groceries for you (you fax or
e-mail a list to us) and have them in your refrigerator waiting for you along with that COLD BEER or
MARGARITA upon your arrival.
Our courteous, friendly Island Attitude comes through in everything we do. Our office has a tropical island
feel, where coffee is always on for both owners and tenants to come in to visit or just say hi.
